Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for

Welcome to the Melodies Business Solutions Affiliate Program!
These terms and conditions govern your participation in our program.
By signing up, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility and Registration
To participate, you must complete the affiliate application form and be approved by Melodies Business Solutions.
Participation is open to individuals or businesses that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Commissions
Affiliates will earn a 30% commission on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
For recurring payments (e.g., monthly subscriptions), the affiliate will continue to earn 30% as long as the referred client remains an active paying customer.
Commission payments will be made on the 15th of the month following 30 days from the point of sale.
Affiliate Links and Cookies
Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link to share with potential customers.
The cookie life for the affiliate link is 365 days, ensuring commissions are attributed if the customer purchases within this period.
Payment Terms
Affiliates must provide valid PayPal account information to receive payments.
Payments will be processed on the 15th of the following month, after a 30-day waiting period from the sale date.
Melodies Business Solutions is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment details or PayPal issues.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Melodies Business Solutions on their websites, social media, or other approved channels.
Affiliates without a website who bring in 10 clients will qualify to have a website built by us free of charge.
Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. False or misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
Promotional materials, guidance, and sales training will be provided to all affiliates.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in spamming, illegal activities, or use unauthorized advertising methods.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Melodies Business Solutions’ branded keywords or using unauthorized branding in their campaigns.
Affiliates found violating these rules may face termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
Termination
Melodies Business Solutions reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for violating these terms or engaging in unethical practices.
Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
Disclaimer and Liability
Melodies Business Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your participation in the affiliate program.
We do not guarantee specific results or earnings.
Program Modifications
Melodies Business Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
